This privacy policy governs your use of the software application Lazy Hero ("Application") for mobile devices, which was created by Nikhil ("Developer") as a free, offline, gamified productivity task-manager and health-tracker app.
1. What Information Does the Application Obtain and How Is It Used?
User Provided & Automatically Collected Information
- No Personal Data Collection: The Application does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data, account credentials, or contact details (such as names, phone numbers, email addresses, or location data).
- Local Storage Only: All game progress, daily quests completed, custom task titles, streaks, spin-wheel history, lofi player options, and unlocked badges are stored locally on your device. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible by the Developer or any third parties.
- Wiping Data: You can wipe all local progress and preferences at any time by going to the Profile tab in the app, selecting Reset Game, and confirming.
2. Device Permissions Used by the Application
To provide its core offline features, the Application requests the following system permissions:
- Notification Permission: Used solely to schedule local recurring nudge alarms (e.g. reminders to stand up, drink water, or perform physical stretch breaks) on your device. These reminders run completely offline and do not communicate with any external servers.
3. Third-Party Access and Data Security
- No Third-Party SDKs: The Application does not integrate any third-party ad networks, analytics engines, user-tracking frameworks, or cloud databases.
- Security: Since all data is contained locally within the sandbox of the Android application on your physical device, your data is secure against online data breaches.
4. Children’s Privacy
The Application is suitable for all ages. Because the Application does not collect any personal data or transmit any information, it does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13.
